Lead Care Manager and Operations Lead

Idongesit (“Don”) is a trained microbiologist and medical doctor aspiring to go into Internal Medicine residency training. He also has a degree in Business Administration and certification in Project Management.

Idongesit is passionate about patient care and people management. He has been with the practice since 2022. He serves as our Operations and Care Manager, coordinating care for our high-risk patients and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of the office.

When not at work, he enjoys watching movies, soccer and hiking.
