Shannon Rembert

Certified Medical Office Assistant and Elder Care Coordinator

Shannon is a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) and Certified Phlebotomy Technician (CPT). She has been with the practice since 2014.

She serves as our Care Coordinator, assisting the Care Manager in coordinating care for high risk patients.

Shannon is also the OSHA Officer for the practice. You can find her in the front or back office performing both clerical and clinical tasks.

When not at work she enjoys spending time with her spouse and two active teenage daughters.
